Q. WHAT ARE ‘HIGH RESOLUTION/HIGH RES’ IMAGES?

A. As we specialise in digital images, all our photos are supplied at a ‘High Resolution/High Res’ size. This just means that the photos supplied to you will be the best and biggest quality we can provide!

 

Q. DO YOU TAKE TRADITIONAL PORTRAITS TOO?

A. Our style is fresh and fun and we believe that by encouraging family members to interact with each other in a relaxed environment, we are able to produce spontaneous, natural images which reflect the true essence of your family relationships. We strive to capture a true essence of your family, and we believe that a posed, traditional portrait does not accomplish that.

 

Q. WHAT IS AN ‘ONLINE GALLERY’?

A. With all our family packages we offer a ‘Online Gallery.’ This is how you will receive your purchased images. Once the images are completed and sent back to us from our retoucher, we will then upload them onto your Online Gallery. This is than emailed to you, so you can access, download and share your images online with family and friends.

 

Q. HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BRING TO MY SESSION?

A. At Red Photography, we love photographing large family groups. Grandma, Grandad and any extended family are more than welcome to come along. Your extended family is more than welcome to come along. All you need to do is let us know prior to your appointment so that our photographers are ready and know who will be coming along with you to your photoshoot.

 

Q. DO YOU PROVIDE A SERVICE FOR HAIR & MAKE UP?

A. Our style is very fresh, fun and interactive. We strive to capture the true essence of your family. As such, we don’t offer a hair or makeup stylist for your photoshoot. We encourage you to come as you are normally. Whether that is a fresh faced look, or something a little bit more glamorous, is completely up to you. With the help of our talented photographers and retouchers we will make sure that you look your best!

Q. DO YOU SUPPLY RAW/UN-RETOUCHED IMAGES?

A. We want you and your family to look your absolute best, whilst making sure that the images we send you are the best that we can provide. To make sure that our work is being showcased exactly how we envision it, we do not supply RAW or un-retouched images as they aren’t an accurate representation of ‘Red Photography.’ We do however supply the ‘original’ as shot from the camera images, however, these will all still be retouched as well.

Q. CAN I BRING MY PET?

A. Definitely! Your pets are an important part of your family - we encourage you to bring them along as well. Whether its a dog or a cat, or something more unique such as a collection of snails or a baby lamb, most pets are welcome in our studio or on location shoots.

Q. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE UNTIL I RECEIVE MY RED DIGITAL PACKAGE?

A. A few days after your photoshoot, you will come in for your Design Consultation where one of our talented photographers will see the very best images from your session.  To ensure that your order is completed to a high standard, we allow 3-4 weeks for production and will give you a call as soon as your work is ready.

Q. WHAT IS A ‘DESIGN CONSULTATION’?

A. A ‘Design Consultation’ is an additional appointment after your photoshoot where you come back into the studio to view your images upstairs with one of our photographers. It’s a cinematic experience, where your images are displayed in a slideshow so you and the family can sit back and relax.

Q. WHAT IS ‘RCSO’?
